The main strengths of the program lie in Audencia’s strong reputation and its commitment to sustainability, especially through the Gaia module. Academically, standout courses such as From Business Opportunity to Business Plan, Managerial Innovations / Entrepreneurial Organization, Organizational Behavior, and Transforming Organizations through Corporate Entrepreneurship offered practical, thought-provoking content that aligned well with real-world business challenges and innovation.

Quelle est, selon vous, la principale faiblesse de ce programme ?
The main weakness of the program is the absence of specialization tracks through elective choices, which limited our ability to focus on specific career paths toward the end of the MBA. The MBA cohort also felt somewhat marginalized, as there were very few networking events tailored to us—despite Audencia’s strong industry connections and reputation, which could have been better utilized. Moreover, the career department’s support often felt generic and not adapted to the experienced profiles and professional goals of MBA students, which reduced its effectiveness.

The Digital Transformation module was particularly interesting and relevant. I believe the module would greatly benefit from introducing a capstone project at the end, allowing students to synthesize and apply their learnings across modules in a practical way. The on-campus cafeteria was excellent and added to the student experience. I also appreciated the regular events, discussions in the auditorium and online seminars hosted by Audencia —these created a vibrant academic atmosphere and encouraged broader learning beyond the classroom. Paris Industrial visit was memorable but could be more memorable if professors and or Director joined us (even if the visit was then needed to be within Nantes)

Contenu académique du programme
Academically, the program did challenge me and offered valuable learning experiences. The sustainability module was particularly strong and stood out as a highlight. Practical modules like Negotiation were also excellent and directly applicable to real-world situations. That said, I have mixed feelings overall. Key subjects such as data analytics, French language, and business law should have been more thoroughly integrated into the curriculum. Additionally, including a non-credit module like Sports for stress management could have added balance to the academic workload and supported student well-being.

Overall, I am satisfied with the teaching staff. Most professors were kind, approachable, and demonstrated both competence and understanding of student needs. However, I found the approach of certain professors within the Strategy department to be disconnected from the realities of today’s business environment. Their teaching style and interpretation of strategy planning and business model innovation felt rigid and occasionally impractical. That said, this was not representative of the faculty as a whole, who were otherwise supportive and insightful. Additionally, the career development support did not meet MBA-level expectations. The department appeared to follow a generic template for all students, lacking customization and relevance for experienced professionals. The curriculum leaned more towards reflective or “artsy” content rather than offering practical, actionable tools and strategies to help students achieve their specific career objectives.

Not entirely. Student life services were fairly passive, with limited engagement beyond the initial orientation seminar. While some guidance was provided, there was minimal hands-on support for completing essential formalities, which are especially important for international students. To match the standards of top business schools, the department’s capacity and responsiveness should be significantly expanded. Additionally, the availability of the onsite doctor was limited to only a few days, and the lack of building security and CCTV coverage made the campus feel less safe. On a positive note, the reception staff were consistently welcoming—the rotating team of ladies at the front desk were always friendly and helpful, which created a warm first impression each day.

es, I am satisfied with the overall management and leadership shown by the program director. Despite challenges such as the absence of a permanent coordinator, the director remained accessible, responsive, and supportive throughout the year. His commitment to maintaining the program’s standards and promoting its values—especially around sustainability and responsible leadership—was evident. I believe his efforts contribute positively to the reputation of the program, both within and outside the school.

Êtes-vous globalement satisfait de votre formation ?
While I appreciate many aspects of the program, there were several areas that did not meet my expectations. Compressing the entire program to end by May felt rushed and limited the opportunity to absorb and apply our learnings fully. The consulting mission, although interesting, was too short (only four weeks) to truly understand the business context, work culture in France, and office dynamics — or to properly implement our MBA skills through real-world practice. The lack of a consistent program coordinator created confusion throughout the year. With our coordinator on emergency leave, other department staff had to fill in, leaving us unclear about whom to contact for support. That said, the overall program management and support from Director Redouane were commendable and very much appreciated. One professor maintained a high standard for coursework and class participation, which I value. However, this level of intensity was introduced only during the final week of classes. If such a standard had been set earlier in the program, it could have positively influenced the academic tone for the entire year.

I would likely reconsider, primarily due to the limited flexibility in elective choices. The program mainly offered electives related to finance and entrepreneurship, which didn’t cater to a broader range of interests or career paths. Additionally, data analytics was treated as a single, highly academic module focused on statistics, rather than being integrated across courses in a practical, business-oriented way. That said, the program’s focus on sustainability was a strong point. The Gaia module, in particular, was excellent and truly felt like a flagship offering of Audencia. I would gladly choose to do those parts of the program again.
