Quel est, selon vous, le principal atout de ce programme ?
The program’s main strength lies in its alignment with contemporary global challenges. It integrates strategic management, social and environmental transitions, purpose-driven leadership and international exposure. It combines academic rigor with practical relevance, while promoting diversity, inclusion and responsible management. We joined this MBA program as ambitious individuals and through shared experiences and challenges, we became a united group with a common sense of purpose. The program also instilled in us strong values of respect, sharing and critical thinking, which are essential qualities in today’s complex world.

Quelle est, selon vous, la principale faiblesse de ce programme ?
One area for improvement concerns the clarity of certain instructions. Given the demanding workload of the faculty, staff and students, there were times when guidance or expectations could have been communicated more clearly. That said, the program team is very responsive and open to feedback, which helps mitigate this issue and contributes to continuous improvement.

This program has been a transformative experience academically and personally. It combines academic rigor with real-world relevance and is grounded in strong values such as responsibility, inclusion and purpose. The diversity of students and professors, the international exposure and the quality of the teaching have all contributed to a rich and meaningful journey. I am proud to have been part of this program and grateful for the learning environment it provided.

Yes, I am very satisfied with the pedagogical resources provided by Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. The online learning platform (EPI) is very effective, intuitive, well-structured and centralizing all course materials which facilitates interaction with peers and professors. The (ENT) and library resources, including access to a wide range of academic journals were very valuable for my thesis. Also, the digital tools made available by the university greatly supported the overall learning experience

I am very satisfied with the faculty. The professors and guest lecturers are experts in their fields, and their teaching is strongly supported by active research. IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School hosts 7 research chairs, which creates a dynamic research environment. This was clearly reflected during the seminars in Brussels, Prague, and Istanbul, through the high quality of the visits and guest speakers. The diversity within our cohort, with several nationalities represented and our interactions with students following the same program abroad also demonstrated its global reach. The university provided useful support to help students find internships or jobs. This included organized events, access to the alumni network and free passes to some major events such as VivaTech. Personally, I was not actively seeking a position during the program, but the team-building activities helped us form strong connections and support one another especially those who were looking for new opportunities
