– Organization – absolute mess in the schedule – Lack of teachers with good level of English – Lack of professionalism of professors – Lack of practical studies and useful / applicable information

I really wish this university would do something with administration, because for me, as an international student it was crucial to have support during this year. For most of my questions one person from administration was saying "Oh, I don't know", and I had to solve all my kind of problems by myself without knowing French.

NO ONE in administration helping us, I'm completely lost in the process and it makes me very anxious. AND, even if they 'help', they send us guide books in French for students who doesn't speak French or at least not that good. They don't even trying, for example they could translate them to English, not like its a huge problem.
