Quel est, selon vous, le principal atout de ce programme ?
Multicultural aspect, it is a very heterogeneous group that allows you to learn and open your horizons in a lot of different ways. The fact that is a project-based master's is very interesting too, it really makes you put into practice the things you learn during the year, things from your background, learn from others, and push you out of your comfort zone

Quelle est, selon vous, la principale faiblesse de ce programme ?
The kitchen structure is ok but can improve, as well as taking more advantage of the brilliant chefs they have at their disposal, and integrating more all tools that they have to do a even better experience

It is a very audacious and innovative Mastes for sure, one of its kind, I can say that it is very impressive, but with every innovation and new product, there is always room for improvement.
