Contenu académique du programme
More technical and analytical knowledge needs to be bridged into the program. We need to learn how to read and analyze sustainability reports, then how to write one. We need more in-depth teachings on EU regulations as they are probably the reason why most of us chose this master's and why sustainability is even a thing in the EU. Less teaching on soft skills

Moyens pédagogiques (bibliothèque, WIFI, locaux)
The facilities on campus are kind of a mess, though there's not much the MSc can do about it other than maybe moving this program to another campus. The internet is super slow at times (which gets old when you're in class for 6+ hours a day), very crowded common areas during lunch breaks, not a strong student life on campus so hard to make friends outside of the cohort, bathrooms always smell bad, microwaves break so makes the lines at lunch worse. I didn't interact much with staff outside of teachers for the rest of the program, but the first day at orientation, the staff heading the day didn't seem like they wanted to be there, which ruined the start of the program for me.

Qualité des professeurs permanents
Some professors blow it out of the park and some are really unsatisfactory.

Qualité des intervenants professionnels extérieurs
External lecturers are super engaging and informative. One of the best parts of the program.

Contrôle des connaissances, volume et répartition des cours, travail personnel
Classes need to be better spaced throughout the year, and leave days off to allow students to catch up on projects. The company challenge was a beast to complete because we were still in class 6+ hours and were expected to do most of the work for the project outside of class. This program would be better suited as a 1.5 year program.

Reconnaissance internationale du programme
As an international student I didn't know KEDGE before coming here, so I'm not sure how well this program is recognized internationally

Ambiance, cohésion dans la promo (projets, entraide, loisirs, associations)
Overall the group worked well and I made some great friends. Some people are very nice and want to work together, but sometimes people had conflicting opinions or feelings and that made group projects difficult, especially since the program is half international

Ville étudiante, logement (coût, accès, situation)
Paris has a lot to offer, especially regarding the sustainability field, but a lot depends on a good level of French which limits opportunities. It's not worth the expense to live here if you don't take advantage of events and things that are only available here like museums. KEDGE doesn't help much regarding accommodation as Paris is already saturated with students.

Réseau des anciens, contacts professionnels
There were some opportunities throughout the year to meet people - an alumni session, several external speakers, but keeping up with them and really using the network connection is up to the student to take full advantage of because once they leave the classroom you'll never see them again, so just connecting on Linkedin isn't sufficient enough. There's no formal job fair or anything like that, so students are tasked with finding connections on their own outside of who we meet in class. We attended Change NOW and I think that was one of the strongest networking opportunities we had all year.

Qualité du directeur de programme et notoriété de la formation
The director is the only one who's making all of the programming, pulling together classes and external conferences, so the fact that she does this while constantly asking for feedback is really admirable. I always felt like she wants to improve. She also has a lot of connections and likes to promote the program I think that's why the MSc has any chance to get more recognition. It's obvious that she has a lot of work and still cares about the students, but I think it's unfair that she doesn't get the same amount of staff support to plan the program as other MScs. That is really holding back the bettering of the program

Stages et aide à l'insertion professionnelle
The director is willing to help if there are major issues, but finding internships for international students in Paris is difficult due to the language barrier. I wish this was said before the start

Êtes-vous globalement satisfait de votre formation ?
The academic knowledge I learned wasn't as strong as I had hoped. There were long hours in class that seemed unnecessary, tense schedules at times, and I don't know if the content we learned is enough to be competitive in the job market, but I made great connections within the cohort and great connections professionally

Referiez-vous le même choix de formation aujourd’hui ?
I would have preferred something more academically challenging from the start, more steadiness rather than times of nothing and times where there's no way you can complete everything. Teaching is theoretical and too philosophical at times.
