    Moderately satisfied because during a tasting event, while they were in the same room as them, it was not appropriate behavior for internal staff and external staff to say negative things about foreign students in the French language. Some foreign students may not understand the French language, but there were some foreign students in that preparation room that could understand the French language. Being able to speak multiple languages is a great asset, but it should never be used to disrespect someone.

    Not at all satisfied because there was no group cohesion within the cohort; there is an apparent divide between locals and foreigners. Unfortunately the class representative did not mitigate this situation and only added to the division. Additionally, the class representative always whispered during the course lectures. Some professors and one student tried to mitigate this issue, but unfortunately the class representative continued with such behavior.

    No, I do not think so because I was expecting the school program to have 50% wine courses and 50% hotel courses. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the online advertising that Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne had left the degree program; I found out after my program acceptance.
