I thought the range of topics covered was extensive but it's only once I graduated and started applying my new skills to the real world that I realised how useful the particular skills I had acquired during my DSTI Master were. I can truly said that less than one year one I have used most of the skills learnt during the Master in one form or another.

I used my own resources as was mostly studying from home, but I had access to everything I needed remotely.

I thought the staff were highly knowledgeable about the subjects taught and most of them made themselves available to the students whenever we had questions or were experiencing difficulties.

There were some periods of stress with a few deadlines close together but overall the Master was nicely paced.

I have been very impressed overall by the quality of the Master and the efforts that DSTI leadership put into making some continuous improvements to the programme.

I did find it rather difficult to find an internship as I didn't find many opportunities in my area, or the ones that were available appear to require an expert level in Python, which I find both highly surprising and demotivating, especially at internship level!

I think the entry salaries offered post-graduation are ok, although my post-graduation job makes use of my previous experience also, hence is not truly junior.

I really appreciated the wide range of topics taught during the master and though it was well paced despite some very intense periods.

It was perfect for me as I was able to follow the programme mostly remotely due to my family commitments, only going to the campus occasionally to meet my classmates.
