  • Quel est, selon vous, le principal atout de ce programme ?

    Multi-national experience.

  • Quelle est, selon vous, la principale faiblesse de ce programme ?

The extra cost that we were not aware of when we applied : P2 (transportation fees to Saint-Etienne), P3(visa fees, airplane fees, accommodation fees).

This can be seen as in-group favouritism. As much as I am open to diversity, I would appreciate it if there could be more Asian business and connections mentioned in the program. As for the academics, I would also appreciate it if there were one or two courses on finance as most of the cohort was never exposed to it.Good program to have multi-national experience and to step into the business field (if the previous background is not relevant to business).

I enjoyed P1 the most though I was stressed as well. I gained experience and practice in working with people from multiple backgrounds and presenting the projects that we worked on, which was invaluable as communication skills to me are most essential in working apart from the expertise. I wish I had more background in pharmacy as most of my classmates do so that I could understand the pharmaceutical industry more rapidly. P2 seemed to require some form of software skills as the courses were mainly on digital health and AI implementation. I was satisfied with what I have learnt and contributed and I think that the courses opened a door to those who do not have much experience, understanding the trend and advancement of AI in healthcare. P3 exposed us to South American culture (Brazilian culture) and greatly facilitated us into understanding how health companies work in different continents yet I would say that some of the course contents overlapped with what we did in P1. If possible, I would suggest branching out other novelties in healthcare.

One comment is that most of the time I was not sure whether there was a dress code to show respect. I am mentioning this as some cultures see business attire important yet others less so (and it did not look as pleasing when the cohort dressed differently). It would lead to less confusion if we could be informed of the cultural difference and the dress code.
