INTENSE, VALUABLE, AND DEFINITELY WORTH IT

Quel est, selon vous, le principal atout de ce programme ?
The quality of some courses is great, especially the ones where we get to participate in real innovation challenges and solve real-world problems submitted by the program’s partner companies. Best experience so far. We learned a lot and really had to get out of our comfort zone to understand the details of how the job is actually done. We had the opportunity to work in teams, reach out to industry professionals, understand their problems in an industry that was new to us, and learn everything along the way while adapting in real time. It was epic.

Quelle est, selon vous, la principale faiblesse de ce programme ?
The only thing I would improve is the number of lecture hours. At some point, it becomes a bit too much, and it can affect the quality of the work we deliver for assignments. I think giving students a bit more free time during the day would make a real difference, as it would allow us to properly work on our assignments and deliver higher-quality results.

Commentaires généraux
Thanks to this program, I was able to learn a lot, sharpen my skills, build a solid network, and understand how companies work on different levels. Of course, there are a few things that could be improved, especially the daily workload/study hours, which can sometimes feel more intense than an actual day at the company. But overall, it’s a really great program with a lot of value. One of the best parts for me was being able to participate in challenges and competitions. Honestly, that’s where a lot of the real learning happened. It was hands-on, close to real-life situations, and very much “figure it out, adapt, and make it work.” You learn by doing, by making mistakes, by fixing them under pressure, and by seeing how others approach the same problems. Basically, controlled chaos but the useful kind. I honestly wish we had even more of these throughout the program, because they were some of the moments where the learning felt the most real and useful. I also really liked that we got to meet external professionals, entrepreneurs, and CEOs who came to share their experiences and journeys with us. It’s not every day you get real stories, real lessons, and sometimes very real reality checks from people who have actually been in the arena. Extremely valuable. I also got my apprenticeship contract before even starting classes, thanks to the program directors, and I received job offers before finishing the degree, so clearly, something worked. Some tips if you decide to apply: prioritize the projects that matter the most based on their impact, focus on quality where it counts, and for the rest… do your best, survive, and move on. Not every project needs to become your life’s mission. Also, sleep is your best supplement. Seriously. You won’t have much time on weekends, so whenever you get a chance to take a real break, take it. Go outside, touch some grass, remember that trees exist. As for the gym… good luck. Realistically, weekends or company days are your best bet. Overall, it’s intense, but worth it. Good luck.

The external lecturers share their experiences with us, which is extremely valuable. We get to learn not only from their successes, but also from their decisions, challenges, and mistakes. This was one of my favorite parts of the program.

Contrôle des connaissances, volume et répartition des cours, travail personnel
The program is very intense, with many assignments and projects running in parallel. I understand that this intensity is part of what pushes us to grow and improve, but at times, the workload can make it difficult to give every assignment the level of quality and attention it deserves. I always tried my best to deliver strong work, but I sometimes felt that with a bit more time, I could have gone deeper and produced even better results. On days where classes started at 8:30 and ended at 19:30, getting home late often left very little time for personal routines, rest, or proper recovery. I believe that slightly more balance in the schedule could help students maintain their energy throughout the year and deliver even higher-quality work, while still keeping the challenging and valuable nature of the program.

I secured my apprenticeship contract even before the year started. If you apply early, your CV can be shared with the program’s partner companies, which can lead to calls and opportunities before classes even begin.
